I live in Ohio and a car I was leasing was repossessed. I had to pay all the up to date payments , towing fees, and storage to get it out. They told me that next time it was repossessed and I wanted it back I would have to buy out me lease. Try contacing the loss prevention unit they will be able to tell you what you need to do.

You Can Contact your finance company. The number will be on your payment statments you recieve. You can ask them for the number to the loss prevention unit. They should give you all the details on what you need to do.They can also tell you where you car is so if you needed to you can get your personal belongings out. They should also give you the number to the place where your car is being held. Most of them require you set up an app. to get your stuff. But be advised they only hold your car for so long before it goes to auction . Dont forget to ask them when it will go there.
