JP MORGAN'S FRAUD?
Recently I refinanced my auto with JP MORGAN CHASE, and the original lean holder, Nissan MAC, made an error and sent the title to me instead of JP MORGAN CHASE. I now have the title and JP MORGAN has sent a letter to Nissan claiming them to be liable if I do not send the title to Chase. All of that with standing, JP MORGAN has applied for a new title in my name without my consent and the original title that I have. My state of residence has sent me a letter claiming that I have applied for a clear title that CHASE applied for in my name. My question is does CHASE expose itself to liability for claiming itself to be me in the event of appling for a title in their intrest?
