I want to reposs a car I sold someone privately

I sold a car, with contract, to a friend, but she is now 2 months late. Can I legally reposses the car? What do I need to do to reclaim my property legally?

The only way legally for you to retrieve your car is to file a small claims against her in court.
..........DO NOT JUST TAKE THE CAR, THAT WOULD BE A FELONY ON YOU!
