This is how a used car dealer responded to bbb after my complaint for returning car that was defective they accepted it back for defective car!

I reside in maryland and this is so wrong I have all paperwork contract warranty paper 30 days 1000 miles inspected items only they wrote on contract. They already had contract filled out when I came back to pay 2nd half of down payment the next day and made me sign when ?ing them about test driving the past owners and the gap insurance they told me the test drive was not needed as I had already agreed to purchase car? they said 2 owners I did a check after all this deceptive stuff and found out the car was a rental fleet/lease as well as an 8 year old car with 6 previous owners they never paid mva fees they never fixed the problems with car problems with car would make it not start brakes would clunk and car was defective. They have done alot to me in the past 2 months it caused me to go to the hospital for stress and made me very sick. I have been taken advantage of and feel that I need to do something about this lemon laws don't apply to used cars but the car was agreed to take back for defects as well as a refund they only gave me half the dealer is not changing stories in bbb report as well as threatning me and also causing me alot of stress from this that is ridiculous. I have never dealt with anyone like this is my life to be so cruel and unfair

I don't understand why they can keep my mva fees they never paid to mva the car was never titled in my name at all. I don't understand how they can make me pay for defective car for not starting when it was that way 2 days after purchasing and they knew so. I don't understand how this dealer can cause me so much stress and get away with it as it's not right? I have contacted all and reported to mva to bbb with no resolution it has not been resolved yet bbb can not place action but can try and help and all they did was give me those 3 options they are trying to keep my money and they should not be allowed to keep the other half of downpayment for thing's that were never paid for car that didn't run and make me pay for the problems now after car has been returned, Also they have been rude to me and very deceptive and lied about me on the BBB report. I also noticed that they were trying to run around until warranty ran out and even after them agreeing and me taking back car the warranty was still in affect for 2 weeks even after returning this car!
