Legal seperation
My husband and i just signed legal seperation papers and the papers stated that i would get the vehicle he bought for me and our 2 boys (which i have full custody of)the vehicle is registered in both of our names and on the paper from the dealer but the loan is in his name. We both signed and agreed the loan would stay in his name but that i would make the monthly payments(i have already made a payment) now he is being vendictive and says he is going to claim bankruptcy and have the truck repossessed. this is the only vehicle i have for my children and i and he signed papers stating he would let me make payments. what can i do?
