Location Saturn 1993 SL2 Thermostat

Seems thermostat gets stuck and red light comes on in car then thermostat opens and it is OK it is my daughters car and do not want it to get stuck closed.

If you follow the hose from the top of the radiator to where it goes into the engine the piece that the hose is clamped to shold be held on to the engine with 3or4 bolts, inside you should find the thermostat take note how it is intalled, they are directional and will not function if installed backwards. You will also need a new gasket.
