Drive for couple minutes then turn off, wont start an hour later?

96 honda accord- if I drive my car for 10-12 minutes and turn off my car it wont start again until an hour later or more. if I don't want to wait I have to leave my key on in the ignition, take a wire, put one end to the positive side of the battery, the other end of the wire to the starter then car will start again. Checked battery and starter are doing well. I know sure it's not cause by over heat eighter checked all the fuse too.

Sounds like the ignition switch is failing. When electrical parts get warm, the resistance value changes and this can cause an open circuit . This problem may also be caused by a neutral safety switch that is going bad as well. If this is an automatic transmission car, have you tried to start the engine in neutral instead of park?
