Engine

I got a 1990 chevy lumina i ripped out the motor to do work on it and now when u turn the key it turns over the motor and it won't start but when u turn the key off the motor keeps turning over what could it be?

Sounds like you have wires crossed or an ignition switch which has moved on the column
