Engine oil pumped into fuel tank

I have a 2000 chevy 6500 with a 3126 cat engine. engine oil is being pumped into the fuel tank i have replaced the injector o-rings is it possible to for oil to bypass the injectors were losing approx 4qts to 6 qts a day any help is very much appreciated thank you

May a seal out the fuel pump.

Sorry did not understand the answer but see no reason the fuel pump would have anything to do with the oil getting pumped to the fuel tank thank you

There should be oil line, from block to inj. pump. I found a two things it be. The brass washers under the injectors maybe leaking. Two -the transfer pump maybe bad.
