How do you bleed a hydraulic clutch on a 2001 GMC 3500

There is only one bleeder screw on the master cylinder, so how do you bleed the system

The eaisest way is to pump until your legs get tires ,then pump somemore , eventually

the air will come out of the slave cyl.

Sometimes you can manually stroke the slave cylinder piston in and out and see if any air bubbles come out. You may also want to look into a vaccum bleeder.

Are you sure there isn't a "bleeder valve on the slave cylinder? Look at it I believe there is.

Please Follow these steps,
1. Top up clutch fluid reservoir
2. Loosen Bleeder screw on the master cylinder.
3.ask somebody to press and release the clutch pedal until all air bubbles come out.(may be 3 times. check the Fluid level on reservoir
4.Collect all fluid come out from the nozzle.
5.Make sure to press the clutch pedal down while you tighten the screw.
6.Then press and release the clutch pedal few times.
7.Top up clutch fluid reservoir
8.Rinse the master cylinder area with water.

Make sure you have fluid in the clutch pump, pump it a few times, hold down on the clutch as you pump it, hold the pedal down until you realease fluid out of slave cilinder and once you let the fluid out let the pedal follow it towards the firewall hold it down until you shut the valve close let go off the pedal and thats how you bleed a clutch
