For ever. they are full of fiberglass there is nothing to wear out or burn up in there there is not much to a glass pack they will sound the same for as long as that motor runs

And the motor after that! I have them on my 64.
although if you get water or moisture inside and let it sit for a long time (Years) they will rust out and fall off. This has never been a problem in Arizona, but it could happen in certain climatic conditions.
