I have a Mack EM6-237 I set the valves at .016(inlet) and .024(exaust) the enging had no compresion.

It started at .030 and .050 but it isn't fully burning fuel(thick black exaust) and has no power

I have changed the turbo and reset the valves too .032 and .048 it runs better but stills smokes black, any ideas?
