At the center of the wiper, you will find a clip that holds it to the arm.

You will need a small, flat blade screwdriver, or a dental pick to depress the tab on the clip.

Be careful with the arm, and ALWAYS gently rest it on the windshield when it is not in your hands.

I have seen windshields cracked by an arm that "slapped" down on the glass.
