The car is in park and going back wards

When i put it in park its in rerverse and ehen i put it in reverse its in nutrual and neutral is drive and drive is 1 and 1 is drive 2 and it wont go into drive two and when i put it in park and cut it off i cant started it

It sounds like you have a broken shifter cable, or depending on the make and model, the cable needs adjusted.

Yes as above , sounds like you need to adjust the shifter linkage, usually a nut on the linkage at
the transmission ,put shifter in park , (engine off ,wheels chocked , emergency brake on)
loosen the nut and push the transmission lever (usually) forward till the vehicle is in park .
tighten nut and test run , be careful , or take it to a shop to have it adjusted
