It means air is get the system. Possible head gasket leaking a little.

It could be a number of things, water pump leak, air in system, bypass hose, intake leak, crack in the radiator, thermostat, cooling fan, or relay, or combination of any of these problems. Temp sensor

Bahrain447 has it right ktapastore has no clue water pump will not do this nore will a bypass hose, intake, radiator, thermostat, fan, or relay. for bubbles to get into the system air is being forced in at a high rate. head gasket head gasket head gasket.
