Misdemeanor

I hold a CDL i received a citation for cutting of a car in my 18 wheeler and i did no such thing this citation is a misdemeanor in brigham city UT what are my chances of keeping my CDL

If you did not do it go to court and talk to the judge if you dont want to do that ask the clerk for that judge if they offer Differed Adjudication in some states this lets you pay the fine and take a driving course and when the requirements are met the ticket won't show on your driving records --ask about it first to understand their defination and what it would mean to you because you are actualy pleading guilty i do not know utahs driving restrictions for the number of tickets you can have on a CDL i live in texas and 1 ticket would not affect a CDL
