My 1990 Honda Accord lx does not start

No prior noise or symptoms, when I turn the ignition key on, the starter does not turn. The wires to the distributer cap, spark plugs, and the battery and its cables are new. I have a feeling that it’s a relay problem. Can some tell me what relay can be and where is located. Thank, Bejan

You might have a loose wire on the starter , or a short on the cable wire going to your battery cable , take off the battery cables, and scrap the inside of the clamps that go on the battery , they are made of lead, and then put back on , and tighten , see if this helps, scrap the posts also

Is it automatic or manual transmission? MANUAL transmission: check safety neutral switch or AUTOMATIC transmission:make sure there is power to starter NOTE head gaskets leak coolant into cylinder may cause HYDROLOCK pull all 4 spark plugs(if a 4 cylinder) and check for any fluids. If everything is ok, power to ignition system check key and tumbler, the ignition switch is electrical....it is a common problem
