My 1990 Honda Accord lx does not start

No prior noise or symptoms, when I turn the ignition key on, the starter does not turn. The wires to the distributer cap, spark plugs, and the battery and its cables are new. I have a feeling that it’s a relay problem. Can some tell me what relay can be and where is located. Thank, Bejan

You might have a loose wire on the starter , or a short on the cable wire going to your battery cable , take off the battery cables, and scrap the inside of the clamps that go on the battery , they are made of lead, and then put back on , and tighten , see if this helps, scrap the posts also

Try the starter fuse?..check if your shit lock is on..possible transmission locked up?
