My backlights want go off?

Back lights stays on when you press brake pedal the light is already on, there are no turn signals as well.

Ok there a brake pdel switch under the steering colaum, it is sticking , and you need to spray oil on it to lossen it up , now the turn switch, is a bad signal stat, or short, in the turn switch , could be right there beside the brake switch
