My car motor cuts off without warning what is the cause?

I have a 1995 Honda Accord LX 4 cyclinder. I can be driving down the road and my motor cuts off without warning.

Hondas are great cars. Usually people dont maintain them well. When was the last time u replaced the spark plugs/wires and such? Check it out.
