My car sometimes won't start

My car sometimes won't start however after a few times then the car starts

my nephew who is an auto mechanic thought the problem was the battery he replaced the battery my car was running good

But tonight IU had the same problem the car would not start after several tries my car started

When my car doesn't start the car is completely dead no attempt no clicking sounds just totally nothing

My car is a 1995 Monte Carlo the mileage is about 152,0000

Please help!

If its new battery maybe you havnt fully charged it yet? or alternator problem...could be a short in electrical.. or your ignition switch could be bad or starter
