My car was repoed in july by chase. Do i have to pay the balance immediately?
My car was repoed in july and now they called wanting the balance. But they said i have a matter of days to come up with 12000.00. I asked them to work with me but they said i don't have that option. The car is in my dad's name and i don't want his wages to be garnished. What can i do to get them to work with me. I don't have the means of getting that much cash in days. Shouldn't they work with me or is that how it works. Thanks
