My car wont start

I have a 2002 mitsubishi diamante. battery has been charged and is

working all elecrtical components are working. when the key is turned to start i get a clicking noise from the starter as if the battery is dead. i don't think its the starter because i hear a clicking noise.

Bad or corroded terminals clean both end of batt cables if still wont start bad solonoid or starter

Remove and replace battery terminals,make sure there tight
