Our 2004 Chevy Impala's horn is not working.We recently purchased it and because it was used a s police surveillance car we are told that a wire somewhere that connect to the horn has to be rewired as the previous wire was used for their police equipment.Do you happen to know where I can obtain a diagram on how to find or run the wire.
