My stereo does not skip to the next song when i try and when i turn my car off the Cd starts competely over

How can i fix this problem or do i need a new one

This is a sign of the unit being dusty inside, and the light can not find the next song, if you can take it out and use a qtip and cleaning fuild , and clean the light, and other things you might get it to work like new, if not just replace it, they are not that high to buy,
