No forward -has reverse

Kubota M9580 Move in Reverse but not in Forward.! I check Shifter,Control Box # 1 , Forward Relay , Forward Soleniod has power. I tried switching Forward Soleniod & Reverse Soleniod around ! Move a Hair ! I check pressure on Reverse 300# and Forward 100# What could be wrong ? What to do Next
