No power on audio system of my 1999 Toyota Sienna van

Once the battery died, I jumped it but with wrong connection. After battery was replaced, audio system is no power. There is one fuse broken. Any fuse is broken until more 60 fuse. It sounds there is a big short. What should I do? How to find the short or just replace audio system. By the way, the audio system only has AM/FM and tape, no CD.

Thanks in advance!
