Oil in water resavoir dip stick dry no smoke 1999 ford expedition

I have a 1999 ford expedition v8 i found oil in the water resavoir and no oil on my dip stick. my vehicle also does not blow out smoke and seems to be runnung good except for a pinging noise when i accelerate what could the problem be

Blown head gasket ,all of your oil got pushed by engine compression into the cooling system. DO NOT RUN THE ENGINE any more there is no oil in the oil pan. it will blow.
