Once a judgement to be paid by installments ordered by general sessions court can same judgement amount be placed against a auto dealer bond?
Judgement was rendered by a general sessions judge to allow pay by installments. after 4 months a claim against auto dealer bond was placed by plaintiff's attorney for same amount. Is legal and proper for plaintiff's attorney to attach the claim to auto dealer bond. Is this not attempt to collect twice?
could this be considered fraud/ unethical conduct.
