Paying a fine and a probation office
My fiancee has a fine to pay. his judge gave him an extra year of probation to pay it off she took his word that he'll pay it off mid january when he receives his income tax and she told him to pay what he can till then like $50.00 or $100.00 now his probation officer is trying to make him pay $400.00 every two weeks and we dont have that kind of money we have a 1 year old daughter and hes working a minimum wage job what can we do?

The judge told him he could pay any amount till the income tax check the probation officer heard her say it my fiancee isnt even on probation for what he did anymore he served the felony all he has left to pay is court costs. he always reports on time and he never was dirty on a drug test my daughter is skipping christmas because his probation offficer is hanging an MTR over his head....
