Pending lawsuit
I have a pending lawsuit with a current lawyer. I am still being treated by a doctor. This is a result of being in an automobile accident from being rear-ended. It was the other persons fault. He was cited. I was informed that the case cannot be settled due to the fact that I am still being treated. Is this true?

No it cant untill you have been released from the doctor , but you can settle the property part of the case , like for damages to your can and things like that but not medical or lose of work and pay or pain and suffering and again you might be able to get some pay for lose time at work up to this time ,talk to your attorney about that
