Plymouth breeze repair

I have a 1997 plymouth breeze with a blower motor that only works on high speed. I replaced the motor--same result. Then i replaced the switch panel in the dash-- same result. What else could cause the heater to blow only on high speed?

Check the blower motor resistor unit. This is like a reostat that creates the different fan speeds by limiting current.flow by electrical resistance. It is located in the blower duct. Usually rectangular shaped unit held in by a couple of bolts/screws with about (4) wires from the blower switch going to it. The unit actually fits right into the heater duct where it is kept cool by the the blower air stream.
