Have you had the shocks or struts & mounting plate looked at closely...should be replace every 50K for proper handling & ride control. If you hear that noise on turns check cv(constant velocity ) joints check, greasable joints become cracked & dried out wears on axle.

As above , check struts and shock , if struts ,it will have a mount on each side of the engine
compartment, at the edge , bounce car up and down , look for excessive movement ,
or cracked rubber bushings , c/v joints should only make noise in turns .
or it could be sway bar link kits worn , rubber bushing wear out .
