Purchase new car

I purchase new cx9 and agreed the full amount i should pay. salesman promised me to deliver the car within 2 weeks. 7 days went by I visited the dealer and asked questions when the car is going to deliver. they can't give me specific dates when is the delivery, so I said I need the car in 3 days working from today to be deliver and I will cancel the deal if I dont have the car on that date. my question is, Is there any liability or legal against me if I cancel the deal failure of their delivery date?

1st did you sign papers to buy , and did you pay the down payment , and it takes a few ddays to get one out of the factory, if it was a dealer trade, you should have had it the next day, you can back out of a deal so many days , it varies from state to state, and there is a fedarel law also , i dont know why you cant back out, unless in the fine print , that you signed for a done deal with so many day s to deliver

I am like kbky we need a bit more info. Like are you still waiting for the bank to buy your paper (loan) and did you sign all the loan paper work and closed the deal. I don't see why you cannot back out eighter unless you have already purchased the vehicle up front and the loan is finalized. More info is helpful.
