Rear ended in car accident but have a lot going against me in lawsuit

My claim: rear ended in car accident while i was stopped on a highway and suffured a closed head injury

short term symtoms: hallucinations, memory prob, coordination prob, speech prob, headaches, ear ringing, speckled vision

long term: headaches, ear ringing, speckled vision

strength of my claim: nuero psych testing, 1 doctor on my side, damage to back of vehicle is dead center, and ive basically been out of work for 3 years

flaws in my claim: cop and defendant claim i cut her off, also
i had a pre-existing condition which included anxiety, depression, a hospital stay, and even an epilepsy diagnosis
and I havent had any major long term medical treatment

what are my odds of winning? only 50k on her insurance

I don't think it matters what your odds are, I'd still try and go to court to win. since you posted this a while ago, how did this turn out?
