Rear view mirror reinstall on a 2000 buick regal

I have reinstalled several rear view mirrors, most of which had a small set screw holding the metal plate onto the mirror bracket. I cannot find this on the 2000 regal. How do I disaasemble the plate from the bracket?

This mirror has a snap application. Place a thin piece of cardboard or heavy paper against the mount bracket and gently pry under the side cover with a medium blade screwdriver. Pull the mirror to the side while doing this and it will pop right off. The replacement mirrors use a set screw.
