Repo car

My son is a bipolar, he and his girlfreind purchased a car together
he could not keep up with payment because he could not keep a job
he has been in mental facilties ,now homeless and on welfare, his
girlfriend is a student and has no means of paying off the car.thecar has been reposessed, chrysler gave it to a collection agency they want $9600
she doesnt have it - she wants to make a payment plan out for $100
per month the agency said no. want are the legal cosequences,and
what is the course of events to follow what she she do? thanks sue

They will sell the car and if they dont get what is owed on the car she will have to pay the balance , it will not sell for the money owed on it they never do she will end up still paying a great deal of money , then she can pay $100 a month for a car she dont have
