Road hazard

What is the rule concerning a driver following a dump truck and advises that a piece of material came from the truck and cracked their windshield. It cannot be substantiated that this piece came from the truck.

This is called an act of god rule , and there isurance will pay for there cracked wind shield, all insurane companys will pay for a windshield , just tell them , and there no contest on this one
