School bus stop arm violation

What are the charges for school bus stop arm violation?
I passed a stopped bus that did not have it's arm/lights activated and the bus driver said i did.

It will be a traffic charge, passing a public bus, stopped in the road unloading children , might get you a fine, and a loss of licence, for 90 days , might get a warning, and might get a reduced charge, to some thing like disregarding a stop sign
