These are really easy to change. what you do is gain access to the belt by removing the splash shield from the bottom of the motor where the belt is located. than there is a belt tensioner holding the belt, all you do is rotate the tensioner clockwise to remove tension with a 15mm socket and ratchet, and thats all. make sure you remember the order it goes back on.
But, if you dont feel comfortable doing it yourself, it should not cost more than $100 at a shop with parts and labor.
