Sign a legal agreement to buy a car at a car lot and took the car home for one night and return it the next morning to car lot, deciding not to buy.

Car lot 11 days later is threatening to push the deal through to the bank, making me responsible to buy the car that I don't have unless I give them 1 thousand dollars. Can they do that, after saying they would void the agreement?

No they can not do that, you have a right to take the car back , if its not what they said it was , and they cant send this though the bank with out your say so , and call the bank and tell them you dont want the car, and will not pay for it, and were does the car company think they can get a thousand out of you, tell them to take you to court or you are taking them to court, and if they said they will void , then you can tell them you are going to the tv news about this, they wouldnt push me, id push them
