Someone put kerosene in my gas tank, what should i do?

I have a 1996 lincoln town car. it won't start anymore. How do i clean out the kerosene?

Take the tank off and use a good steam cleaner, wash the tank out with gas 1st, and then use water to clean this out, gas and kerosene float out on top of the water, then change all the plugs, and things like that, let tank dry, then put back on and fill with fresh gas , a full tank , should fire up with new plugs
