Starting

97 dodge caravan 3.3 liter. I tried to start car after moving it and all I could hear was a clicking sound. so i put in a new battery and starter because the car needed it but it just makes that same sound from the starter. I even took the starter out again to have it tested, and it came back good

If the batt is good and the starter is good the only things left are the cables and start relay recheck all batt leads at both ends --clean ground lead at both ends if it still just clicks it is the relay

Sounds like the computer is bad, the engine computer will do this, its on the fire wall , take a plug out keep it hooked to the wire, and ground it to the engine metal , have some one turn the key to start and see if you get a spark. if you dont then its the wires or the computer, have it checked at an auto parts store
