Steering wheel shakes

I have a 2006 Nissan Altima 2.5 and I have special wheels on it, they are 18 inch chrome wheels. I have had them on for the last 2 summers.
Just recently I noticed that my steering wheel shakes when I am driving. What could it be? I just had an alignment in the spring when I put the rims back on, and it just started doing this a few weeks ago. The same time that my one tire started not holding air. I have to put air in it about every 3 days. Could it just be the wheels or is it a ball joint or something?
What is going on with my steering?

I'm going to have the winter tires put on in the next couple days so I will know. I think it is just that one tire is bad, had them 2 summers now and put a LOT of miles on them. Keep your fingers crossed that that is all that it is.
Thanks brain. lol
