Tax rebate

This tax rebate I filed married filing separately cause iam no longer with my husband now this rebate will it come to me separately and to him separately or how does that work I have filed for div on him.

I dont know what this Question is doing in automotive but it sounds like a timing problem to me , who every has the fastest car and gets to the mail box 1st gets the check ( lmao )
just kidding if you filled for it it would come in your name , not to say he wont get it 1st and
sign your name to it ( hehe ) you know him better than me
