The heater fan works only on high on my 2003 ford ranger

1999 PLymouth breeze heater works only on high what could be wrong

I recently purchased a used ford ranger, and was wondering what this vibration is that I'm feeling when I am driving on the express way. Also when I come to a complete stop I hear something gradualy wind down....

Where is the blend door located and what is the easiest way to access it. My heater works for about 10 seconds and then air begins to get cool

4X4 light flashes then goes out then it will not manually shift into four wheel high,but if you stop turn the car off and then restart it will then work fine.
