Theres alot of favoratism going on in my work site what do i do

I been there for over 2 yrs , a guy who came in a bout a yr after me , already got a raise , a app was placed , for him me n another guy he got the race but not us who been there longer , the boss always ssssea to pick an issue about me getting things put away but when the other guy leaves them out he doesnt say anything , the new guy got a new phone that the company gives , i still habe the same phone since i stared , boss knows im in need of a new one , feel like they want me to quit so they pushed me a lil too far when im about ready too

May be they are testing you to see how you work with others, and you have to stand up for your self , just do your work and dont say any thing , and se if this works after a while ,
