You can use them but you probably will want to change them quickly after they are to low profile. You need 205 65 R15.

YOU MIGHT NOT HAVE ENOUGH GROUND CLEARANCE. IF THEY DO FIT IT MIGHT THROW THE SPEEDOMETER OFF.

It should have came standard with 205/60-16 so yes, 195/65-15 will work, but you will need 15 inch rims if you don't have them already. For future ref. The Chrysler web site has a calculator for this.
