Changing a cable to get the tent trailoer to go up

We own a tent trailer it is a 1995 make- trav model skam body cp vin 1sk11d171s1712833 we can not get the cable to lift uo the trailer . My son said it is in the bottom of the trAILER AND it is a cable we also need the shy light on top we have only used the trailer a few times and would like to go. OPlease tell me where I can find some parts and if you have hrard of this tent trailer? Debbioe Henley
