Storage of travel trailer

We are planning on placing our travel trailer into an inside storage unit for the winter. I'm concerned about mildew and mold from the storage unit being so air tight. The owner of the storage unit said that the unit does have ventilation to an extent and is not entirely airtight.

Can this be a problem? Any suggestions on how to prevent growth of mold during the storage period?
