Tree Sap Omy vehicles

I live in a mobile home park and own my owm mobile home and pay lot rent. A pine tree dripped sap alll over my car and I had to have it painted. The owners of the park will not do anything about the tree or my paint job. Are they responsible for repairs for the damage the tree is doing to my vehicles? Can I go after them for any future damages that will happen to my cars?
